2002 harley Davidson Custom Complete FLSTC DON T MISS OUT ON THIS ONE OF KIND bike This bike is a real head turner If you like attention and want a sweet ride this bike is perfect for you Built on a 2002 Softail with a 2 degree rake, this Twin Cam 95 1550cc will give you that loving feeling every time you start the ignition. With over $60,000 invested into making this dream become a reality The bike has 200 miles on it since the build. It is titled Harley Davidson so you will have no trouble getting insurance unlike most custom bikes. The engine has a complete Zippers 95 kit installed. The key word here is complete. It includes, cylinders, pistons, heads, cams, ignition, SampS Carburetor air cleaner. the only thing that you need to buy is an exhaust. I upgraded the chain driven cams to a set of gear drive cams. I had it dynod at Theil s Wheels HD in Upper Sandusky, ohio. It was 105hp out of the box. They managed to tweak another 1 1 2 hp out of it. Not bad, 106.5 hp. The Paint Work was done by Jerome Borris who is a genius with an air brush. The bike has a low center of gravity and handles well and feels good when you are riding. This is truly a One-Off Custom. This bike is a STEAL. I have OVER 55,000 PLUS the Heritage Classic that I started with. You will not buy a ONE-OFF Custom like this, with a REAL Harley Davidson Title for so CHEAP. This bike is one of a kind and you will not ever see one like it. Every Custom Bike has important features, but this bike has not only features but UPGRADES FEATURES AND UPGRADES Installed complete 95 Zippers Engine Kit Zippers Heads Zippers Cylinders Zippers Ignition SampS Zippers Carburetor Zippers Pistons Zippers SampS GEAR DRIVE Cams This combination put out 105 horsepower right out of the box with no modifications at all. Diamond cut heads and Arlen Ness push rod tubes and bases. Notice the hard piping in the side and the bottom of the oil tank. This is not how it comes from the factory. Again, this is was custom done strictly for this bike. After a little Dyno work, managed to get another 1 1 2 hp. Zippers kit is dead on out of the box Fender The rear fender is a Wermont. The frenched in taillight package was added to the fender. The taillight is LED. The stoplight and turn signals were all built into the taillight. Saddlebags The saddle bags are made to easily be removed. The bags come off with the minimal amount of hardware and the bike can be ridden with or without bags and all mounting hardware at your discretion. Russ Weirmont Design rear license plate kit. Custom hard bag lids. Custom Hard bag fillers. Late model Harley Davidson bag latch. The seat was custom made and sits right in the pocket. It is easily removed to get access to the wiring and the battery underneath. Gas Tank. This tank started its life as a Fat Katz Tank but after many hours it was molded and stretched into the Softail Frame. The amount of time that was put in to the tank is easy to see when looking at the detail both on top and underneath the tank. Hard piped bancer tube Pingel Ball Milled Fuel Shutoff Pop-Up Filler Rear Swing Arm The Nasi Rear Swing Arm allows a 200mm rear tire to be put on the bike which is a far cry from the 130mm that came on the bike. The rear pulley is a PM Villain to match the wheel and rotor. Nasi Rear Swing Arm. The rear swing arm pivot bolt. Instead of having a big ugly bolt head the bolt was cut flush, tapped and was replaced with this chrome bolt to make it look seamless. Another example of how this bike is not one of the typical cookie cut outs that you see on the road. Shift Linkage. The Shift Linkage piece is a custom made aluminum shift linkage hand routered slots, polished, and sent to Las Vegas, nevada to Diamond Heads, which was Diamond Cut to match the cylinders and the heads. Ignition Switch. Ignition switch bracket. Right above the ignition switch is the air release for the Air Ride Shocks. The coils are painted to match and are from Dynatek. Forward Controls Handlebar. Completely reworked are a set of Wimmer forward controls and floor boards. They were made for an EVO but after ten hours of massaging they were converted to be put on this late model Softail. After all was done, the parts were sent out and chromed and look perfect on the bike. Carlini Handlebars and the photo will show how clean the front of the bike looks. Nothing gets in the way or makes your ride feel cluttered. The controls are all Performance Machine PM Tires, Wheels. Calipers. PM chrome front and rear calipers and custom made caliper brackets. Mean Street 2 over front end. Villain front rotor and wheel, and PM caliper. Front End. The Mean Street front end and the Headwinds combination Headlight Turn Signals. The rake of the bike is 2 degrees. And the Front End is 2 inch over. Wermont full Front Fender and the Mean Street Chrome front fork tubes. Exhaust on this bike is a Vance HInes Pro Pipe. As all Pro Pipes, the exhaust ends at the center of the rear axle, under the rear bag. The pipe and the heat shield were extended to the back of the bike. A cool custom exhaust bracket was made from scratch. The pipes were sent out to be cerami-coated. The pipe now exits behind the rear bag the way it should have been made from the manufacturer. Air Cleaner. MoFlow air cleaner from CycleVisions Electrical As you can see the wiring was all custom from one end to the other. It uses a Battistinis Easy Harness as a basis for the electrical controls. All of the wiring is covered by seat, but it is easy access to get to if you need it The Mirrors are not JUST MIRRORS. The mirrors are house the Digital Speedometer, Tachometer and Odometer. A Battery Tender Cable is installed for keeping the battery charged over the winter Air Ride is Hi-Lo Ride Suspension with custom fill and release buttons. The Spike Chrome starter and the PM Hydraulic Clutch are easily visible.
